Bittersweet Seasoning with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Citrus Juice has a fresh, slightly acid taste. In trying this product, the palate perceives a pleasantly aggressive tone. This product is to be used preferably uncooked. The scent is intense, balanced, with a persistent, rich tendency and a pervading aftertaste. The citrus juices blend harmoniously with the “ Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.”, providing sweet, clean sensations. The flavour is outstanding and fresh. Due to its fine acidity, this product may be used with fish and seafood dishes. It enhances carpacci, is perfect on fresh salad and vegetables, and is inimitable in exotic or tropical fruit salads. It combines ideally with snacks, antipasta and white meats.
