Strictly in line with the guidelines established by the Association of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Producers, its balanced acidity produces a delightfully sweet tart taste sensation.
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Reggio Emilia Silver Label is best enjoyed in its virgin form, untouched by heat, much like a fine aged whiskey. Its complex, melodic taste makes it harmonious with first courses of meat sauces and soufflés. Excellent with mayonnaise, boiled meat, fish sauces, and rice dishes containing vegetables or shrimp. An ideal accompaniment for roasted meats, mature cheeses, and liver pâtés. Delightful when drizzled over cream-based desserts.
