PESTO GENOVESE ON WHITE CONDIMENT BASE
The Pesto Genovese on White Condiment Sauce blends wonderfully the sweet notes of White Condiment with the fresh notes of Basil. We use only the best Italian Basil Pesto from Liguria to obtain our base for this sauce, and the result is an excellent solution to guarnis dishes. The preparation of this Specialty is complex and is achieved by preparing at a cold processing, using only pure and natural ingredients. The base is formed by a delicious white Condiment, a blend of white grape musts and the best white wine vinegar with original, premium quality Italian Basil Pesto, mixed togheter obtaining a soft and creamy sauce with a strong flavour and a fresh taste. It is excellent on vegetable dishes and fish, raw, boiled or grilled. It is wonderful on tomatoes and mozzarella (Caprese). It is the perfect solution for every kind of meat and fresh vegetables, as well as grilled or cooked carrots, onions and potatoes. It’s exquisite on all dishes based on rice or pasta, noodles, and for marinating fish before cooking.
Colour: Bright, with green shades, on a white base.

Flavour: Flavour is fruity, with a strong note of basil and the bittersweetness of our white condiment.
Density: Creamy, on a white base, with green pieces of basil.
Ingredients: White Seasoning (white wine vinegar, concentrated grape juice) 70%, Glucose syrup, Pesto alla Genovese (extra virgin olive oil, basil 26%, pine nuts, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (milk, salt, rennet), salt, garlic) 8%, Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (Mosto d’uva cotto, Aceto di vino) 5%, Modified corn starch, Aromas, Salt, Thickener: xanthan gum, Antioxidant: sulfur dioxide.
