Hot Pepper Sauce on White base
HOT PEPPER ON WHITE BASE
The Hot Pepper & White Condiment Sauce blends wonderfully the sweet notes of White Condiment with the strong and spicy flavours of hot pepper. We use only the best italian hot pepper to obtain our base for this sauce, and the result is an excellent solution to guarnis dishes, but also a stimulant for the digestion. The preparation of this Specialty is complex and is achieved by preparing at a cold processing, using only pure and natural ingredients. The base is formed by a delicious white balsamic, a blend of white grape musts and the best white wine vinegar with chili, mixed togheter obtaining a soft and creamy sauce with a strong flavour and a spicy taste. It is excellent on fried dishes and dishes of fish, raw, boiled or grilled. It is the perfect solution for every kind of meat and fresh vegetables, as well as grilled or cooked carrots, onions and potatoes. It’s exquisite on all dishes based on rice, noodles, and for marinating meats before cooking.
Colour: Bright, with pink and red shades, on a white base.
Aroma: The aroma of pepper is well recognized.
Flavour: Flavour is spicy, with a note of pepper and the bittersweetness of white condiment.
Density: Creamy, on a white base, with red pieces of hot pepper.

xanthan gum, Salt.
