Our Barbecue Wood Smoke flavour & Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Sauce combines the flavours of the best Us Barbecues’ style with the refined style of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, creating a marriage of flavours that goes well beyond simply roasted meat. This exquisite cream is ready and easy to use. It is made only with pure and natural ingredients, the flavour comes from the fried up with onions, carrots and garlic. The smell of smoke coming from white maple is intense, full of flavour and aroma, it blends masterfully with the sweet notes of Italian Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The caloric content is very low while the rich and soft taste makes it an invaluable contribution to grilled and roasted meat. The preparation of this specialty is complex and is achieved by preparing a cold process. The base is made by a delicious Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, a blend of cooked musts of selected grapes and better wine vinegar, which is then mixed with the mixture of fried extracts to obtain a smooth and creamy sauce, but with a strong flavour and a spicy and smoked note. The only thickener ingredient is the natural rubber of xantamo, added in the processing in a minimum percentage, nothing else. We do not use starches, caramels, colourings agent, or sugars ,but only excellent ingredients and all the experience of our centuries-old tradition. It ‘s always advisable to use the sauce as a condiment. Excellent on all grilled or roasted meat, is also used on French fries and vegetables. It ‘a unique experience for burgers, sausages, frankfurters and hot dogs. It‘s delicious as a base for marinating the meat of game and poultry.
