Precious Seasonings with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Aged - is made from a balanced blend of cooked musts and excellent wine vinegars, it is a smooth-flowing, deep-coloured, glistening product with a sweet-and-sour taste. Aging in casks made from noble woods brings out all of its intense, rich aroma, pleasantly highlighted by a sharp note. The taste-buds perceive a sweet, clean taste, coming also from the low acidity. Excellent on fresh salads and grilled vegetables. Gives character to meat sauces if added when cooking is nearly finished. Adds zest to sauces for boiled meats and in mayonnaise. Ideal on vegetable omelettes. Adds flavour to white meats, cold cuts and starters.
Colour: black, with very noticeable amber-coloured, glistening and reflecting overtones.
Aroma: an intense aroma, with fresh nuances and a pleasant acidulous aftertaste, with just a slight hint of tannin.
Flavour: a full body conveying balanced smoothness. A persistent taste with well-defined, clean, sophisticated and elegant nuances.
Density: about 1,35
Ageing: for very long time, in wood barrels of precious oak
Ingredients: cooked grape must, wine vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 10%. Contains sulphites. A 100% all natural premium product. No food colourings, no thickening agents, no caramels, and no preservatives are added.
